SVTPT Congress

I was lucky to attend and present at the The Swiss Association for Animal Physiotherapy (SVTPT) Congress, held at the impressive Horse Park Zurich Dielsdorf in Switzerland from June 5 - 7th 2026.

Prof. Dave Levine and I presented lectures on the use of surface electromyography (sEMG) in equine and canine physiotherapy. We also ran a practical session to demonstrate how the technology is used to collect muscle activity data from dogs and horses. Take a look at the reel below where I am demoing the combined use of the EquiGait and Delsys Trigno systems on our brilliant model “Tea Time”.

The congress was a great opportunity to learn from inspiring speakers, meet new people, and to spend time with my colleagues and friends from across the world!

Thank you to SVTPT, Brigitte Stebler and the organising committee for the invite and hospitality. I hope to see you again next year!
